Questions about your venue?

  • Yes. Self-produced events can sell paid and free tickets through a public Stripe-backed storefront. Events with exhibition enabled can sell booth types and extras through a separate exhibitor storefront.

  • Pair a phone or tablet with a single-use link, then scan ticket and pass QR codes at the door.

  • Yes. Stripe powers paid tickets, exhibitor sales and producer payment requests. Records stay connected to the event.

  • No. Ticketing and the Stripe integration are included in the Free plan. The processing fee is 1.50% on Free, 1.20% on Essentials, 0.50% on Pro and 0.20% on Enterprise, and storefront customization starts on Pro. Compare every plan.

  • Check-in runs in your phone or tablet’s browser. A separate native mobile app is not currently listed.
