After 60 days, your account automatically continues on our permanent Free plan (1 team member) unless you choose to upgrade. Nothing is ever cancelled or shut off.
Nothing is deleted. All your events, contacts, and calendar history stay exactly where they are. You’ll just lose access to features outside the Free plan (workforce, inventory, accounting, exhibitor tools) until you upgrade.
If you’re mainly managing a shared calendar and want to stay organized without extra admin tools, the Free plan may be all you need. Most single-venue operators outgrow it during the trial and land on Essentials. Venues running exhibitor events or needing project and accounting tools typically choose Professional. Multi-location or high-volume venues (200+ events a year) fit best on Enterprise.
ShoSoft consolidates the calendar, event planning, workforce scheduling, inventory tracking, ticketing, accounting, and exhibitor management most venues run across five or six separate tools. On a paid plan, most venues fully retire their spreadsheet, scheduling app, and standalone ticketing tool. On the Free plan, ShoSoft replaces your shared calendar.
For any transactions made in ShoSoft, plans carry a small payment-processing fee. It is 1.50% on Free, 1.20% on Essentials, 0.50% on Professional and 0.20% on Enterprise.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you’re not locked out. Your account simply reverts to the Free plan rather than being deleted.
